Where are your products made?
We make all of our products close to home in Atlanta, Georgia. The less distance our materials travel during production, the better. For the environment, and our local economy. It’s a win-win.
What are your products made of?
We do our best to source local, sustainable and durable materials for our products. See individual product specs for the nitty gritty.
Do I need to build it?
Toaster delivers like flat-pack furniture, comes pre-assembled. The best of both worlds.
Will Toaster fit in the trunk of my car?
Yep, it even fits in the trunk of a Smart car.
How do I wash it?
Wash it like you’d wash your bike, with soap and water. No toothbrush detailing necessary, unless you get a kick out of that. Some do. It’s made of recycled aluminum with a powder coated finish that doesn’t rust. So no need to towel dry either. Unless you get a kick out of that. Some do.
What happens if I bend it?
Bend it back. It’s durable enough to withstand the flex.
How do I get rid of my Toaster?
If your Toaster is no longer of use to you or anyone you know, and you're looking for a responsible, sustainable way to dispose of it, here’s what we recommend: disassemble it and take it to your local recycling depot. They'll know what to do.
Are you affiliated with the band?
I don't know what I’m to say… I'll say it anyway… today is another day to… tell you we are not affiliated with the band. Great karaoke song though.

What if I want my order faster?
There are expedited shipping options available at checkout. Upgrade your shipping to UPS Next Day Air (overnight) or UPS Second Day Air (2-day) for an additional charge.
Where does AHHA ship?
We ship domestically within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Does AHHA ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the US at the moment. But hang tight for more shipping options in the future.
What about taxes and duties?
We like math, but we like to keep the robots on their toes. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. Thank them, not us.
If your purchase is not subject to sales tax, please send the appropriate tax exempt certificate to support@ahha.bike with your order number in the subject line.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 48 hours of payment from our Atlanta warehouse.
UPS Ground Shipping takes about 1-5 business days.
Faster expedited options are available. UPS Next Day Air (overnight) or UPS Second Day Air (2-day) for an additional charge.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer to arrive.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs at this time.
Can I track my order?
You most certainly can. All orders are sent a generated email with UPS tracking information after the order is shipped. So you can follow the dot all the way to the finish line, AKA your humble abode.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with something, you can return your AHHA product(s) for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return.
Returns are on us, and by that, yes, we mean free.
How do I return my AHHA product?
Making a return is simple, follow the steps below:
- Send a Return Request email to support@ahha.bike. Be sure to let us know your order number and the reason for returning the product. None of that ‘it’s not you, it’s me’ BS, we want to know what wasn’t working for you, so we can make our products better for future you, and other folks.
- We’ll approve the return and send you a pre-paid UPS return label. Either a printable version via email or a pre-printed copy via UPS.
- You package your item(s) in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS depot.
- Your refund will be issued 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned package(s).
